Hello Liisa!
The difficulty of the work is not very difficult to define, when
you think about it.
A job (#1) is more difficult than another job (#2) for somebody
when this person prefers doing the job #2 when having the choice.
If I compare working 14H/days in an office on a computer than to
work 18H/days in a factory with risks of hurting myself in
inhuman conditions, I would prefer working in an office.
Thinking is the most important part of the work. But hard labor
is necessary.
That it is important doesn't mean it is difficult. Being able to
think is a priviledge, not the result of extremely difficult work
during many years.
A bientôt !
