Economical theory: and if people had the choice of their work...
Democracy is caracterised by the freedom of choice of our representatives.
Capitalism is caracterised by the freedom of choice of the products we want.
What is missing? Both systems aren't perfectly apply, and thus, result could be ameliorated in their application, but there is still something foundamental that is missing.
It's the freedom of choice of our work that is missing. The problems that I underline is the problem of the remuneration.
The problem of delagating the political power has been solved by Democracy.
The problem of mesuring the demand for products has been solved by the market in the Capiitalist system.
The problem of mesuring the work and thus, what one sould own, isn't solved yet.
Today, I can present a solution to this problem. Let's call it 'Workism' (Capitalism is base on Capital, so what it based on work would be Workism, unless we find something better: I am waiting your suggestions)
The solution is to create a 'market of work opportunities'. That is, a virtual place where people will chose their job depending on the needs of the people and the places availlable.
The government cannot know better than the people how they want to work.
Let's explain with an example first.
Imagine a simple situation where there is a demand for bread and housing.
We need people/engines to produice the bread and houses.
There will be, let's say, to main jobs: Baker and builder.
If we realize we need only 3 people to be baker and 7 to be builder, but everybody but a few prefers to be backer, we need a way to make them change their minds.
Not by force, telling the person what he has to do. But by
